The rooms at the hotel had coin-operated washers & dryers, climate control, multi-channel TV, and a microwave, which we found to be very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly throughout our stay. The hotel's location, although remote, was close to everything we needed.

Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with couches, dryers, a king-sized bed and got it upon arrival. The staff was awesome, funny, and responded promptly to requests. Remote location of this cheap hotel was a bonus.
No complaints.

Enjoyed my stay in the queen studio, the staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their roles, and the location was secluded yet convenient to nearby areas.

laundry area is clean and safe. They accept coins or debit/credit for the machines. It has excellent facilities, nice green areas, comfortable parking, most transited areas like stairs and hallways are very dirty (it is a subtraction from the complex). Their employees are friendly and excellent.
We visited for the second time. I didn't like that the room had a strong cigarette smell. Everything was impregnated with towels, curtains, pillows and sheets. I had to buy lysol spray and even that didn't get rid of the smell. We got allergies and asthma. clothes stuck to the smell and it was very unpleasant. mattres seem to have been changed and are wider. He was sleeping and fitting came off because it wasn't the big one on the mattress. In November I had already stayed and it was excellent. They must fine and charge those who smoke in the rooms. Not all of us smoke and tolerate the smell.

Upon arrival my original room on the receipt was different and the attendant changed it to a room with a broken t.v. I called to report that t.v. was not working and was given original room with a working t.v. with NO problem.
NO ice machine for rooms. The rugs could be cleaner and old and worn furniture very outdated. For the price I have stayed in better hotels with breakfast included.

It was close to the grocery store.
The elevator was broken several times. It wasn't very clean. The floor was really dirty. The sheets were dingy. I asked for a non-smoking room on the first floor for my disabled mother. They gave me a smoking room on the third floor. The price for this room was not what I should have paid. It was not worth it!

The location was good.
There was trash and cigarette butts all over the stairwell. The furniture was falling apart particle board. Carpet was stained. Room smelled of cigarettes and mold even though it was a non-smoking room.

The staff was friendly.
The room reeked of cigarette smoke. My kids were horrified- that may be the silver lining- they'll never want to take up smoking! The room didn't appear dirty, but with that smell, it didn't seem clean. As soon as we got home we threw everything that could be washed it the washer and frebreezed and aired out the rest. They knew 4 of us were staying, but we had towels for 2 and only 2 chairs at the table. The door didn't fit well in the doorframe and you could see outside. Moderate noise outside. the people milling about made us nervous.

It was in our budget but I am sure if the Democrats Convention wasn't on we could've got somewhere a lot more convenient and of more quality
The rooms smelt of smoke, the quality of the people staying there , the location for travellers with no car meant taxi fares to Philly, they left garbage in plastic bags on each landing for the 2 days we were there, the lift didn't work
